In recognition of his outstanding works in the field of food science and technology, generic particularly in food microbiology. His works on pathogen stress responses, drug adaptation, cialis 40mg and inactivation have significant impacts in understanding microbial behaviors in food and food processing ecologies, which is important in the control of quality and safety of traditional and non-traditional food systems. His works on Precision Food processing deal with the determination of alternative and unique process schedules for foods based on intrinsic food properties, extrinsic food process conditions, implicit food-borne microbial characteristics, and interactions have been mathematically established, quantified and validated to be valuable in promoting agricultural competitiveness.
